The page has been temporarily restricted from using certain features on the platform

Restricted page or limited mean a page has a temporary feature limits block placed on it.

The restriction varies according to the violation you have committed.

How to fix Facebook page restriction

I personally encountered this problem and after several attempts to contact Facebook, I am sharing with you this successful method to understand the issue and solve it.

To contact the Facebook support team, you must have a business account.

To create a business account enter to Facebook business

Then click on Create a business account

Choose a name for your business account

Put your contact information and click Create

If you have a business account or have recently created it, let's go to contact the support team.

Before entering the support page, make sure that you have opened your personal account on Facebook, not the page.

To contact Facebook support team, enter to Facebook business help center

Then click on Get started, You'll find business accounts you've created and their associated pages.

Select the page where the issue is or the business account it is associated with.

Now from the issues presented by Facebook, select Other business manager issue.

Finally, put the following message with the link changed to your page link and you can add a screenshot of the page quality.

Hi Facebook Team, My Facebook page is at risk of being restricted or unpunished and this has been going on for about two years, i did not post anything that contains sexual content or anything goes against your community standards, the number of followers is decreasing with time and the publications do not reach well, which affected my interest in the page and publishing on it, I ask you to solve this problem and thank you sir. You can change the phone number and email that are taken automatically from your account, make sure they are correct because the support team will contact you to solve the problem.

On the way to solving the problem, the support team will contact you by phone or they will contact you via e-mail, after which they will review the problem and solve it in the end, if Facebook removed a post that in fact did not go against the Community Standards, they'll put the post back on Facebook or Instagram, they’ll also remove the strike and restriction. In my case i received a response from the support team in a short time explaining the problem and how to avoid it happening again, as described in the email bellow.

How to avoid restriction on Facebook and Instagram

The support team also told me to avoid getting restricted you must follow the community standards, and if you get restricted it can't be removed unless it's a mistake from Facebook or the limitation period has expired.
